Controlling the pouring rate and water flow is extremely easy thanks to the gooseneck spout, making it suitable even for beginners.
Adjusting the water temperature is effortless thanks to the accuracy of the integrated STRIX controller, which offers 1°C precision, allowing you to set any target temperature between 40–100 °C. The dual data display lets you view both the actual and target temperatures in real time.
For pouring, the recommended water temperatures are:
- 90–92 °C for medium-roasted beans
- 92–96 °C for lightly roasted beans
- 85–90 °C for dark-roasted beans
This kettle is also suitable for use with an AeroPress, portable espresso coffee makers, Clever Coffee Dripper, Chemex, French Press, and for tea brewing.
