Description
On the slopes of Mount Elgon, Uganda, Sironko Yellow Honey A+ Organic is grown at high altitude by smallholder farmers and processed by Mountain Harvest. The Yellow Honey process, in which part of the mucilage is left on the parchment during drying, contributes to a sweet, balanced and complex cup. The aromatic profile combines chocolate and almond with delicate notes of white flowers and apricot, complemented by the sweetness of honey and an elegant hint of black tea.
