UGANDA KIGEZI NATURAL 250gr

In the highlands of Kigezi Valley, in southwestern Uganda, this coffee is grown by smallholder farmers and processed by Mountain Harvest. Here, among mountain terraces, at elevations ranging from 1,800 to 2,100 metres, and with cooler nighttime temperatures, the cherries ripen slowly, encouraging the development of sweetness and aromatic complexity. The natural process, in which the whole cherries are dried intact, enhances the coffee’s body and fruity character, revealing notes of ripe fruit, raspberry and apple, complemented by the sweetness of honey and vanilla and delicate floral notes.
